Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide, but please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges that may apply. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We do not cover or reimburse any customs fees or import taxes. If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we may not issue a full refund. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
